Workplace practices need to be updated to enhance recruitment and retention of employees, and to make the Courts a better place to work (e.g., provide competitive pay/benefits, build an engaging culture, make well-being a priority, reduce burnout and feelings of being overwhelmed; improve belonging and connection within and across teams/Courts; implement flexible/hybrid work arrangements, etc.). 12.Facilities.Facilities / space need to be updated/ remodeled, expanded, improved. Need to evaluate future facility needs (e.g., expand footprint and/or reduce footprint). 13.Training and Development.More court-sponsored training is needed. Upskilling and reskilling are needed to meet the current job requirements.
