b'Overview: Managing cases effectively and resolving matters in a timely and fair manner are top priorities for the Courts.This includes reducing delay and backlogs, simplifying and standardizing procedures, streamliningcourtoperations,andraisingawarenessaboutandimplementingpracticesthatfoster procedural and outcome fairness.Additional priorities include (1) improving the integrity of and use of data for improving case management and court operations and (2) expanding the use of technology to enhance access to and participation in virtual court proceedings.
